CCS 由信号采集组件、塑胶结构件、铜铝排等构成，通过激光焊接把铜铝排与多组电芯串并联，并采用热压铆接等工艺流程把多组FPC与铜铝排、塑胶结构件等连接从而构成电气连接与信号检测结构部件。
CCS consists of signal acquisition components,plastic structural components,copper aluminum bars,etc.The copper aluminum bars are connected in series and parallel with multiple sets of battery cells through laser welding,and multiple sets of FPCS are connected to the copper aluminum bars,plastic structural components,etc.through processes such as hot pressing riveting to form electrical connections and signal detection structural components.
