The semi-automatic battery module production line for power/energy storage square shell batteries adopts a single-layer double speed line operation,including manual module translation online,addressing and cleaning polarity detection,manual installation of busbar CCS,pole welding,manual inspection and cleaning,EOL testing and other production processes.

在线电芯分选，根据电池模组配方自动翻转选择贴(涂)胶面；模组激光焊接线同时兼容半自动与全自动生产；生产参数数据可上传MES系统进行生产管理；整线效率可达12~15PPM。
